Developed an inventory and assessment of data assets to be commercialized, a comprehensive list of potential distribution partners (with prioritized recommendations) and proposed organization structure to support recommendations
Developed the Strategic Business Plan and Roadmap for the Investment Performance & Analytics group for a $170 billion Asset Management firm. Set the strategic foundation (Performance industry trends and drivers), identified and compiled the group's business and technology needs, developed the strategic roadmap, and aligned it with the firm's Digital and Data Strategies
Developed the Strategic Business Plan and Acquisition Market Map for a $200 million division of a $2 billion global Investment Data and Research company. Developed the group's vision, objectives, and strategic goals, combined it with our industry trends and marketplace dynamics, and developed the Strategy for Growth, which included the development of a Market Map of potential acquisition candidates in the data and research space. Identified 163 acquisition candidates in the Core and Alternative Data space, and the Research segment. Narrowed that group down to 62 for further due diligence.
Performed due diligence for a global FinTech Investment Bank, for a potential investment in an emergent investment research marketplace. Analysis and recommendation included: financial position and projections, capital structure, product mix, position and potential, strategic plan assessment, customer analysis.
